The Hellenic Olympic Committee has revealed the route for the Greek leg of the torch relay:
Day 1: April 21, 2016 Ancient Olympia (Flame Lighting Ceremony) – Zante
Day 2: April 22, 2016 Zante – Preveza
Day 3: April 23, 2016 Preveza – Thessaloniki
Day 4: April 24, 2016 Thessaloniki – Alexandroupoli
Day 5: April 25, 2016 Alexandroupoli – Larissa
Day 6: April 26, 2016 Larissa – Museum of Acropolis
Day 7: April 27, 2016 Museum of Acropolis – Panathenaic Stadium (handover ceremony)
